Mr. Ashwin Ankhad was inspired to take up legal practice from his father and joined the Government Law College at Mumbai. He completed his LLB and LLM from the Mumbai University with distinction and gold medals. After the legal education, he joined the Corporate Legal Department of Godrej and then switched to TATAs where he was exposed to a lot of international legal work. Mr. Ankhad worked closely with late Shri. Nani Palkhiwala who influenced his work ethics and attitude to life.

As a fellow of the institute of Company Secretaries and member of Bombay Bar Association, Bombay Notaries Association, Indian Council of Arbiration, he has an experience of over 40 years in handling corporate Legal work, litigations, commercial arbitations, legal documentation, strategy and restructuring matters. He travelled extensively and has represented clients nationally and internationally. He has handled over 100 arbitations either as a Sole or Co-Arbitrator. Also he has appeared in almost equal number of arbirations as a leading Counsel. He is also on the Panel of Arbirators of

Most of these arbirations are complex commercial disputes in contractual matters. The area of expertise are corporate legal work, arbirations, legal documentations, strategic planning and property matters.

Mr. Naresh Ratnani

Mr. Ratnani passed his LLB from Government Law college, Mumbai in the year 1974. He has been practicing on the Civil Side at Bombay High Court, Bombay City Civil Court and Small Causes Court, since last 47 years. He is quite proficient in drafting and conducting trials. He has successfully handled Tenancy matters, Recovery Suits, Commercial and Property Suits and Arbitrations. His areas of expertise are legal drafting and conducting property related litigation.

Ms. Hetal Master

Ms. Hetal Master has been practicing law since 2009 and completed her LLB and Masters in Intellectual Property rights from Mumbai University. She has also completed her Diploma in Alternative Dispute Resolution with specialization in Arbitration. She has over 13 years of experience in handling various litigation matters.

She focuses on dispute resolutions and handles all types of civil, commercial and real estate litigations. She has been involved in drafting real estate transaction documents and legal opinions to several Corporates and Individuals. Further, she has also handled assignments involving commercial litigation, corporate litigation and insolvency proceedings. Her expertise is in the areas of complex legal documentations and corporate litigations.
